Breckland Council invites tenders for the provision of the Marketing and Communications elements of the REV-ACTive project, and is seeking a marketing and promotions consultancy to assist and work closely in partnership with the REV-ACTive project team in the delivery of the project and its primary outcome.  The method by which this is achieved is not prescribed and is down to the tenderer to offer the method felt best to achieve the required result subject to satisfactory approval.

The period of the contract is for 3 years commencing March 2010, and the closing date for tenders is 12 Midday on Friday 12^th February 2010.
